You can place an order through our "Custom Order" form. Please provide as much detail as possible, including dress type, fabric, and any design references. Alternatively, you can use the "Order by Contact" form, and we will call you to discuss the details.

2. What is the average turnaround time for an order?

Typically, a casual dress takes 7-10 days, while formal or bridal wear can take 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and embroidery. We will provide a more accurate timeline once your order is confirmed.

3. What are the payment methods?

We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before delivery. We accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Payment details will be shared once your order is finalized.

4. Can I provide my own fabric?

Absolutely! We are happy to work with fabric provided by you. Please ensure the fabric is of good quality and sufficient for the desired design. You can drop it off at our Lahore workshop.

5. What if my dress requires alterations?

We strive for a perfect fit based on the measurements you provide. However, if minor alterations are needed, we offer one complimentary alteration session within 7 days of you receiving the dress. Major changes to the design will be charged accordingly.

6. Where is your workshop located?

Our workshop is located at 123-C, Model Town, Lahore. While we primarily operate online, clients can schedule an appointment for in-person consultations or fabric drop-offs.

All orders are considered custom-made. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate measurements and design details. We will confirm these details with you before proceeding. Production begins only after a 50% advance payment is received.

A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon completion, before the order is dispatched for delivery.

3. Delivery Timelines

The delivery timelines provided are estimates and can vary based on the complexity of the order, workload, and availability of materials. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Alterations and Returns

As all dresses are custom-stitched to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We offer one free minor alteration service within 7 days of delivery. Any changes requested to the original design after confirmation may incur additional charges.

5. User-Provided Designs

If you provide a design reference (image or sketch), you confirm that you have the right to use that design. We will replicate it to the best of our ability, but minor variations in fabric and embroidery may occur.

6. Changes to Terms
